    • Certain items such as personal care products, intimate wear, or clearance items may be non-returnable.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  3. Exchanges

  4. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
